Disclosure Policy:

Anyone who frequents this website knows that I genuinely love and gobble up anything health, fitness or food related. However, I do not hold a special degree that quantifies my knowledge. That said, I share my honest opinion  based on life experience and personal research.

Sometimes I feature a product, event or restaurant that I have tried, tasted or attended. In all cases, whether the item was provided free of charge, or I paid for it myself, I share my honest views.

When I review a product that was given to me free-of-charge I make it clear in that post and often link to the company’s website to provide further information to readers.

On occasion I feature sponsored posts, and in such cases I use language and text that informs the reader of any affiliation.

For additional information, you may read the FTC Policy On Sponsored Messages.
